Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026. Pinewood Creations LLC d/b/a Smorgi Apps (“we”).
PredictTok is an informational NFL research app. It is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.
What we collect
- Account. If you use Sign in with Apple, we store the Apple subject identifier and, if you choose to share it, a relay email. Sign in is optional; the feed works without an account.
- Purchases. Apple processes PredictTok Pro subscriptions. We store the entitlement Apple reports (active / expired / refunded) so we can unlock research. We do not see your full card number.
- App activity. Saved signals, followed players or teams, alert preferences, and a count of deep-read opens used to enforce the free weekly meter.
- Push token. Stored only if you enable alerts, and only to deliver those alerts.
- Diagnostics. Crash and performance data Apple may collect via Xcode / MetricKit. We do not run a third-party ad or analytics SDK.
We do not collect precise or coarse location. We do not collect IDFA. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To run the app, enforce the free meter and Pro entitlement, send the alerts you turn on, and respond to support requests. Purchases stay with Apple.
Retention
Account and preference data last until you delete the account or ask us to delete it. Meter rows are kept to enforce the current NFL week, then age out. Push tokens are removed if you disable alerts or delete the account.
Your rights / account deletion
In the app: You → Delete account. That removes your PredictTok account, saved signals, follows, and session. You can also email support@smorgiapps.com from the Apple ID you used to sign in; we complete email deletion requests within 24 hours.
App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel or request a refund in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the PredictTok account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Children
PredictTok is for people 18 or older (21+ where required). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
